Employment Contracts for Photographers

The Permanent Employment Contract regulates all the standard employment terms according to applicable labour law. These terms include, but are not limited to the following:

The Fixed Term Employment Contract is ideal for employment for a specific project or duration or for a seasonal position such as an editor. These terms include, but are not limited to the following:

  4. Remuneration
  5. Deductions
  6. Confidentiality
  7. Surrender of documents
  8. Copyright
  9. Notice of Termination

The Temporary Employment Contract can be used for casual employees or for a stand in for an employee on leave. These terms include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. No Permanent Employment
  2. Job Description
  3. Termination of Employment
  4. Hours of work
  5. Remuneration
  6. Arbitration
  7. Copyright
  8. Surrender of Documents / Material
