Included in this tool is three employment contracts, a Fixed-Term Employment Contract, a Permanent Employment Contract (with the option of probation) and a Temporary Employment Contract.

The Permanent Employment Contract regulates all the standard employment terms according to applicable labour law. These terms include, but are not limited to the following:

The Fixed Term Employment Contract is ideal for employment for a specific project or duration or for a seasonal position such as an editor. These terms include, but are not limited to the following:

- Notice of Termination
The Temporary Employment Contract can be used for casual employees or for a stand in for an employee on leave. These terms include, but are not limited to the following:
- No Permanent Employment

- Termination of Employment
- Hours of work
- Remuneration
- Arbitration
- Copyright
- Surrender of Documents / Material
